Nostradamus and The Fate of HAMAS: Part 1

Israeli air strikes on Gaza City.

Israeli air strikes on Gaza City.

Friends,
The Gaza strip is on fire. This Palestinian refugee enclave-cum-failing attempt of a Palestinian State, run now by the Islamic fundamentalist organization HAMAS, has been lobbing  escalating volleys of rockets at neighboring Jewish settlements in Israel.

Israel’s long threatened full-scale response has come. It appears the Middle East has yet a new war to mark the New Year. Israeli F-16 bombers have infernally decorated the Gaza City skyline with a grove of mushrooming cloud columns as key Hamas police, government, rocket manufacturing centers and training centers were pulverized by 2,000 pound bombs, initially killing 225 people, local hospitals reported. Cramming those blood-soaked emergency rooms are another 700 wounded, mostly civilians, report Hamas officials.

This is unlike any Israeli surgical attack on Gaza in its long and sad history as a dumping ground for displaced Palestinians after they and other neighboring Arab armies tried to push the Jews into the sea and failed in their war gamble of 1948.

This refugee camp of tents has since become the squalid and vast string of slums crowding an area the size of Washington District of Columbia and teaming with 1.6 million Palestinians. Once a protectorate camp run by the Egyptians, the Israeli’s after the Six Day War of 1967, made it their burden. Some would say, their concentration camp to manage and police. After the US invasion of Iraq in 2003, ill-conceived promptings in part by the Bush administration for democratic elections won the extremists of Hamas a majority control of the Gaza Strip over the more secular and Western-friendly Palestinian Fatah Party (winning a majority in the West Bank). Unlike Fatah, Hamas does not acknowledge Israel’s right to exist. Israel pulled out all settlements and policing of the Gaza Strip in 2005. However, most of the Palestinians within Gaza believe their jailers have only moved outside of the wall of the concentration camp, controlling their airspace and approaches to their ports. Even Palestinian money meant to finance basic government services has been withheld by Israel. Then again, why should the Israelis help a government function in Gaza that bombs its cities with rockets and blows up its civilians with suicide bombers?

Then again‚Äö?Ѭ?(there are far too many “then agains” when trying to unravel the ancient hatred of cousin-brother Semites — Arab and Jewish sons of biblical Abraham).

Then again, Israel took Gaza from Egypt in 1967 and didn’t give it back to Egypt when territories were returned with the Camp David Peace Accords in 1979. Then again‚Äö?Ѭ?Egypt probably didn’t want it back. Even for other Arabs, the Palestinians are often seen as a problem tribe.

There was a man born of Jews in 1503 who had recently converted to Christianity, so that they wouldn’t be banished from Provence. He may have named notorious “HAMAS” in the following prophecy written 4.5 centuries ago. I have inserted the “H” in the French word “amas” as it may have been purposely dropped to keep it in code:

La republique miserable infelice,
Sera vastee de nouueau magistrat:
Leur grand (H)amas de l’exile malefice,
Fera Sueue rauir leur grand contracts.

The miserable, unhappy, republic,
Will be devastated by the new magistrate:
Their great (H)amassing of wicked exile,
Will cause the Swiss to carry off their great contracts.

Nostradamus (1555)
Century 1 Quatrain 61

Is this a prophecy for the “miserable republic” that Hamas runs in the Gaza Strip? Are Gaza’s citizens suffering bombardment today decendants of the “wicked exile” of the Palestinian Diaspora? Is Nostradamus hiding the United Nations in a code for the Swiss who have within their borders, in Geneva, the main UN center outside of New York City, in Europe?

BBC reported today that Israel’s Prime Minister Ehud Olmert said the unprecedented military operation “may take some time” before it’s over — but he pledged to avoid a humanitarian crisis.

“It’s not going to last a few days,” he said on Israeli television, flanked by Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak and Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni.

The prime minister is under the delusion of wishful thinking. We will see this in the next blog about the future of Hamas when we delve in detail into the secrets hidden in Nostradamus’ Hamas quatrain.

Hi John, no matter how hard I try to rationalise the logic and merit of confiscating someones elses land, booting out about 4 million indigenous inhabitants and then importing about the same number of foreigners (European Jews) into that land (israel), is just malicious insanity. I mean what were the Ameicans thinking when they through the United Nations and after WW11 created israel. Of course the Palestinians will fight, and fight, and fight to reclaim what has been theirs for 2,000 years and more. israel is an abomination born of false hope and malovent intention for the Arabs and Palestinians. When israel lowers its flag and its criminal leaders hanged for crimes against humanity then the Jews will be welcomed with open arms by their semitic brothers, the Arabs.

  2. Michelle says:

Personally, I’d love to find an unbiased site explaining the whole mess (Israel/Palestine) from the very beginning. If anyone knows of one, please let me know.

  3. paul says:

there was something in one of the news papers from israel that says no portion of gaza or israel ever belonged to the palestines for the last 2500 years complete with maps from many times periods from them until now.it also stated that when israel was givin that land, egypt, jordon and one other arab country had agreed to give a portion of land to the palestines,so they would have the own state.it was no where near where israel is located, and the arabs went back on there word and never gave up the land.
i will try to find the posting and paste it here with some other links

  4. sonny says:

michelle, good luck finding an unbiased person, never mind a site, but check out various biased sites from all sides.

benny morris is criticized from both ’sides’, so he must either be right or wrong ;)

  5. Kathleen says:

I concur, Michelle. Although I sympathize with Israel’s stance of ’self defense’ – there is far more to this story than we are being told on CNN. In addition, because the US seems to unconditionally back Israel, what we receive throught the biased American media is NOT the full story, NOT the truth. The raw fact of the matter is that CHILDREN are being assassinated in Gaza, and Israel seems to be hell bent on an out all genocide of the Palistinians living in the Gaza strip. To make matters worse, Israel has kept 1.6 million people ‘housed’ in a tiny area of land where they have no running water, no economy, extreme poverty and live off UN aid…. then Israel intermittently cuts off humanitarian aid to Gaza, severely limits access to Gaza by land, air and sea and wonders why the Palestinian people that are caged in that area like animals elect an extremist organisation such as Hamas – if you cage an animal, be prepared for it to bite you.

  6. Bman says:

Bevan, you’re an ignorant wretch. First of all, the Jews were there thousands of years before there were ever any “Palestinians”. Secondly, there was no Palestine per se, there was Transjordan, before the state of Israel was created. Thirdly, Israel was more the brain-child of Britain and the Balfour Declaration, not America. Sounds like you need to study some history kid!

Israel has granted the Palestinians all of their demands, but as Yassar Arafat did before he died, they rejected it! Why? because the Quran demands they fight the Jews. They do not want peace. They want the annihilation of the Jews and Israel. Israel is democratic. Hamas are terrorist killers. Wake up, get a brain, you antisemitic loser!!

  7. Dennis says:

Arabs and Jews should be allowed to settle this dispute once and for all so the rest of the world can move on – the eventual result will be the same and cost a lot less. All these years we pay money and lives to delay what will happen eventually. If we can ignore Darfur thinking it’s ok that they work it out for them selves then surly this will be ok too. Who knows maybe peace will evolve after all – peace will follow the strong?

I don’t know what is worse. As we pay off the most currupt that hold peace at a price.

  8. MARK SMYTH says:

Michelle, this is the honest truth. In 1917, right after WW1, the first significant meeting was held to try to find a place for the Jews to live in their own land. The next significant meeting was at the World Peace Conference in 1922 where Jews and significant Arab leaders met for the same reason. At the 1922 meeting, the Jews agreed that various Arab leaders should also have their own countries, besides one for the Jews. Yes, all the modern Arab countries that were founded in the 20th century were because the Jews said, “lets be fair, we want a country and so should the various Arab leaders”. In 1947, the forerunner to the United Nations, met and all agreed that the Jews would have their original land back, which today is known as Israel. The Arabs who occupied that land before May 14, 1948, were given land for the Arabs who were going to be displaced. That land ( in 1948 ) was stolen from those real Palistine Arabs by Trans Jordan, Syria and Egypt. In fact, 2/3 of the land of Trans Jordan was for those displaced Palistine Arabs. See, who really stole the land from the Palistine Arabs was other Arab countries. It is so easy for those 3 Arab countries to to blame the Jews as those two semetic tribes have hated each other for ages. Go and read the history of the founding of Kuwait, Yemen, Qutar and other kingdoms but make sure that it is written by a Christian so you will know the truth, that it was the Jews, who agreed the various Arab Kings should each have their own country. Thus, the other Arab countries are the ones who have stolen the land set aside in the 1947 agreement for the true Palistinians to take place in May of 1948. No one born after May 14, 1948 is a Palistinian, regardless of what any Arab says because the Arabs stole the land set aside for them. Let’s just blame the Jews, the world will buy that argument. Guess what! The world has bought that excuse. Jesus, said, the truth will set you free.

  9. John says:

If memory serves me right, before 1941, the area known now as Israel belonged to Jordan, Lebenon, and Egypt. There was no Palestine. The area was little more than a few almond and olive groves, a couple of water wells, and one or two goats, esentually a desert. The Jordanese didn’t want the people of that area. Lebenon didn’t want the people of that area, and even Egypt could have cared less about the people of that area. The Judea/Christian governments of the era remembered that this particular area belonged to the Jews before Rome ran them out. All they did then was to re-establish Judea to the Jews. NOT the whole area of Israel. The Jewish people were not idle. They turned the desert into a virtual paradise. The Palestinian Arabs would have been welcomed into the peacful society. Instead, they think that now that the Jews have rebuilt the area, that they should just leave. Leaving the infrastructure that Christians and Jews alike have paid for to them. They think that they can run the area as well or better than the Jewish people who live there now. The Palestinians can’t even run the areas given to the specifically to run on their own. If every Israelie Jew left Israel right now, and allowed the so-called Palestinians have the area, within 2 years the entire area would be like Gaza. There would be no money from Iran, Syria, of other Arab states. The Palestinians would be left to their own devices. It would go back to being a few almond and olive groves, a couple of wells, and 2 goats.

This is human nature in its most base condition. Be careful what you wish for. If you’ll notice from Mr. Hogue’s readings of Nostradamus, the human condition is the same now as it was then. Nostradamus could recognize the path of human kind and the direction we may go. The unrestrained advancement of science. The reckless invention of warfare. The natural order of the world. If you have something I don’t have and I want to have it, then I would declare war on you to get it. This is what nations/tribes have done for the existance of humans. The only thing we have is the social contract we have with each other. This keeps us mostly calm and un-warlike. Only it is not profitable.

  10. coolcuke says:

According to my 1931 Rand McNally Atlas and Gazetteer the land in dispute was Palestine not Jordan or any other country or name. The REAL truth of the matter is that the Palestinian people lived in peace with all . When the Khazar (Eastern European and Russian jews) criminals took Palestine by force of arms and drove 750,000 innocent people from their homes, they slaughtered thousands, stole their homes, land, farms, and businesses. These poor victims ended up in refugee camps living in tents still in possession of the keys to their stolen homes. To this day they cannot return to the land of their ancestors and are forced to live as beggars to the UN. Those who stayed in Palestine are barely better off. Every aspect of their lives is under the control of the Khazar criminals(Israelis). Both they and their children are arrested, tortured, mutilated, and yes, used for target practice. One 13 year old girl made the mistake of turning a corner that put her in proximity of some Khazar criminal soldiers. One of them shot her and took her down. Afterward his commanding officer walked over and shot her 13 times. The ensuing investigation found no wrong doing on their part. This has happened hundreds if not thousands of times. Your tax dollars support these monsters and all of their evil. Tell me, what would you do if that were your little girl? What if your home was stolen and you were driven out of your country? What if the world called you a terrorist for fighting back with only what you could improvise against fighter/bombers, helicopters, tanks, and, one of the most well-equipt armies in the world supplied by the richest nation on Earth. “Never surrender” would be your battle cry and your vengeance would be fueled by the memory of you tortured, mutilated, and murdered family members. The Khazar criminals have absolutely NO legitimacy and any one who supports or defends them is complicit and equally guilty of every crime they commit. There is no gray area here. Either you are on the side of the criminals or not.

  11. Gary says:

Zionists keep trying to deny the existance of the Palestinian people by saying that without them the area would be nothing today. The British went to the Arabs and asked for help to overthrow the ottoman empire in exchange for the Brits helping them to create one country in the Middle East because they wanted to rebuild there culture after being occupied by the ottomas for so long. When the Ottomans were gone the Brits immediately said they could not honor the deal because the Arabs(LOL) could not be trusted. Then they went about setiing up Israel and the big mess that we have. Here is a great quote about the situation.

“The tragedy of the people of Palestine is that their country was ‚Äògiven‚Äô by a foreign power to another people for the creation of a new state. The result was that many hundreds of thousands of innocent people were made permanently homeless. With every new conflict their numbers increased. How much longer is the world willing to endure this spectacle of wanton cruelty? It‚Äôs abundantly clear that the refugees have every right to the homeland from which they were driven, and the denial of this right is at the heart of continuing conflict. No people anywhere in the world would accept being expelled en masse from their country; how can anyone require the people of Palestine to accept a punishment which nobody else would tolerate? – Lord Bertrand Russell, The New York Times, February 23, 1970.

  12. Gary says:

The Zionists are very careful not to discuss the fact:
That the Arabs were promised help in building one nation in the Middle East if they helped the Brits and their allies to get rid of the Ottoman empire. The Brits did not honor their word and they then went about creating all of the nations that we see there now. The divide and rule strategy has worked very well for them. The Arab peoples are told that they must accept a Shah or Saddam like character as their leader or they will be invaded. If they resist then like Iran is, then the hostile threats and propaganda starts, and soon the invasion to install a Zionist friendly brutal dictator .
The settlers are the key to a successful invasion. They target the best lands , then they violently invade and if the homeowners resist , the IDF is called in to use their WMD’s on the Palestinians and then the world is shown dead and injured Israelis. Did you know that the Zionists have a law that most Jews know about, but most of the world does not. They will kill at least 25 Arabs for every Israeli killed, yet they then act like they don’t understand why the Palestinians are so hostile. I was told it was because the Arabs women are having so many babies, and that Israelis have no choice or they will be overrun.
The settlers and the puppet IDF continue to make sure that the Palestinians can never organize themselves by destroying any progress that they make.

  13. Arab Jew says:

It’s interesting that all the Israel-haters keep saying “European Jews” or “Russian Jews” when describing the Israelis when over 50% of Israeli Jews are Arab Jews. These are Jews that were kicked out of Iraq (Babylon), Yemen, Iran (Persia), and other Islamic countries in the Middle East & North Africa. The Jewish communities of Egypt, Tunisia, Yemen, Iraq, etc… all predate Islam by SEVERAL MILLENIA. So, if you want to play fair, have the Egyptian, Iraqi, etc… governments return all the property that they confiscated from their Jewish communities as part of a final Middle East peace agreement.

    HOGUE
Point taken.Thank you. Now consider this. In your email handle, you call yourself “Arab Jew”. I think this is expressing a fundamental truth, though, I’m not sure you consciously intended it. But, alright, here’s my response to the label as a question for consideration. Are not all Jews, “Arab-Jews” and all Arabs, “Jewish Arabs”? Is not Abraham your common ancestor? Are you Arabs and Jews actually brothers of the same father? Can you not reconcile this 3000-year dysfunctional Semite family dispute? Are you not all family?
