Start here: How do I start the download of my eBook after purchasing?
Answer:
It's simple, here's how. On the page you will see after your payment is complete, there is a section labeled "Download Your Products Here." Just underneath the heading, the title of the PDF book you purchased appears there as a link. You click on the title, and the book will download to your computer. (See this illustrated)
After the book downloads to your computer as a PDF file, you can open it in Adobe Reader, or PDF viewer of choice. Don't have Adobe Reader? Download that for free here.
1. I bought your new eBook . It did not download. How do I get it?
Answer:
Log into your account on Hogueprophecy.com here

After logging in, you will see a page that says "My Account Information." Near the bottom of the page you will see a link "View the Orders I have made." Click on that link.
On the next page titled "Order Information" you will see a section near the bottom labeled "Download Links." The title of the book you just bought appears as a link, click on that and it will download. (See this illustrated)
2. I just downloaded your eBook, and can't find it in my computer files.
Answer:
Try a search for the file name of the book. The books' file names are:
Predictions for 2008:
"2008predictions.pdf"
Nostradamus: The War with Iran:
"iranbook_c.pdf"
The Last Pope Revisited :
"lastpope.pdf"
Kamikaze Tomorrowland :
"tomorrowland.pdf.zip"
Copy and paste one of the above file names into your computer's find file function and search. If your book downloaded originally, your computer will find the file and show you where it is. If a file search does not reveal it, you may have chosen "Open file after download" instead of "Save to Disk" before the download began. You have 2 downloads for each purchase, so you can go to question #1 and follow the directions to download it again. Before you do, you can also go into your browser's preferences, and set the folder where your browser will put downloads. Then you will know where to look after it has downloaded without searching. Best is to set your browser to download files to the "Desktop" because that is most visible.
3. How do I order a book from your bookstore?
Answer:

select the book you want by clicking on it, then on the product page, click on the "Add to Cart" button. Then check out.
You can either pay with your Paypal account, or with any debit or credit card. If you are ordering one of the digital ebooks in PDF format, you will be able to download the book after paying by clicking on the book title. (See this illustrated ) For hardcopy books, they will be shipped to the address listed in your account within two days.
4. I have forgotten my password.
Answer:
To recover your password to your Hogueprophecy Store account, go to your account page here:

In the box under "Returning Customer" you will see the link:
"Password forgotten? Click here." Click on that link, and your password will be emailed to the email address you opened the account with.
5. I purchased your E-book but have not downloaded it yet. How do I download it?

6. I want to pay with my PayPal account. Can I do that?
Answer:
YES.
Click the add to cart button for the book you want. On the next page, you will then create or log into your account on Hogueprophecy.com. The next page is the payment page where you will see a radio button in the "Payment" section, across from the option "PayPal."
Click that radion button and the hit the "Continue" button. The next page is the "Order Confirmation" page, and you simply hit the button "Confirm Order."
The next page you see will be the Paypal website where you can pay with your paypal account. After paying, you will return to the Hogueprophecy web site where you must click on the book title of your purchase to download it.
7. I ordered 2008 Predictions yesterday and have not received an email about it.

8. I downloaded your E-book but cannot open it.
Answer:
The digital ebooks come as PDF files. They will have the suffix of .PDF on the end of the file name. Word Pad, Microsoft WORD, or other text editing programs won't work to view the PDF file. You will need a PDF reader, which are usually installed on most computers to read forms such as tax forms, application forms, etc that you would download for various purposes from the internet.
The program to use to view the book is Adobe Reader for both Mac and PC. Check on your computer if you have that program. Earlier versions were called Acrobat Reader so you can check for that name also because they will work as well. On Mac you can also use "Preview." One easy way to see if your computer has a PDF reader is to simply double click on the icon of the PDF book itself, and see if your computer will open it.
If you do not have a PDF reader program of some sort on your computer, you may download it for free by clicking here:

It is very easy to install, you just click on their download and it installs itself. However, most computers come with Adobe Reader installed, so check yours first. Once the Adobe Reader is up and running, you can open the book PDF file with it, and read it that way.
9. Can I pay with a check or money order instead of online with a credit card?

10. I read the book after I downloaded it, but then I closed it and now
I don't know where it is to continue reading.
ANSWER:
In the program Adobe Reader and most other programs, if you go into the FILE Menu, there is an option labeled "Open Recent File" or "Open Recent". That option presents a drop down menu of the last five or ten files you viewed with the program. You may find your ebook in that menu drop down and can open it that way.
Also, you have two downloads for each PDF ebook purchase. If you cannot find the first download, you can download it again, and be sure to choose the "Save to Disk" option as the download is starting. Then you will know where the book is to open it with your PDF viewing program (ie: Adobe Reader). Here's how to download an ebook at Hogueprophecy.com, up to one week after purchase:

11. How can I tell if the book I'm buying is a "hard copy" book with
paper pages, or a PDF digital book?
ANSWER:
All the PDF digital books are identified with the PDF icon 
at the top of the book page in the Store, along with this text:
PDF digital book, by John Hogue... After purchasing this item, you will download it to your computer to view it.
Also, in the Store on the product information page for the PDF digital books, the shipping method drop down menu is set to "Download only." In the screenshot below, we have used the ebook "Predictions for 2008," and it is the same for ALL the PDF ebooks in our Store.

Where and How do I download my PDF digital Ebook after my payment is complete?
Answer:
Follow these step by step instructions for purchasing and then downloading your ebook.
IMPORTANT: If you purchase your ebook and do now download it immediately, you can go back for up to ONE WEEK to download it. For that tutorial click here.
Step 1. First, go to the Hogueprophecy Store by clicking here. The HP Store will open in a separate browser window titled "Hogueprophecy Store." This window you're reading from will remain as it is, so you can go back and forth between this tutorial and the Store itself while you shop. Once in the Store, select the book you want by clicking on it, then on the product page, click on the "Add to Cart" button. Then click on "check out".
Next you will log into your account (or create an account), and click "Continue." That brings you to the "Payment Information" page seen below in the graphic 1.
You can either pay with your Paypal account, or with any debit or credit card by clicking the radio button next to your preferred payment method. Notice where it says "Payment Method" in the graphic below, which is a screenshot of the STORE online. There are two radio buttons - you click on the radio button next across from PAYPAL, and you will pay with your Paypal account. Or click the other radio button across from CREDIT CARD, and you will pay with your credit or debit card. Then click the "Continue" button. Now see Step 2.

The next page you see will be the "Order Confirmation" page seen below. If all the information for your order looks correct, you click the "Confirm Order" button. In the graphic below we have used the book "Predictions for 2008" as an example, but the process is the same for all the PDF eBooks. If you are paying with your Paypal account, you will now be transferred to the Paypal website where you will pay for your order. You will then be transferred automatically back to your Hogueprophecy account page where you can download your purchase (Step 3 tells you how). But you must wait up to ten seconds. That is how long Paypal takes to process their orders.
If you are paying with credit card, you will wait just a few seconds while it processes, and then be automatically shifted to your Order Completion page where you can see and download your purchases.

Step 3: Downloading your purchase.
Below you see a shot of the screen you will see after successfully paying. On this page is where you can download your book. It is NOT AUTOMATIC. You must click on the link book title to begin your download. Look in the graphic below. See where the big red /yellow arrow is pointing. On your actual screen under the section labeled "Download Your Products Here" the title of the PDF book you purchased appears there as a link - as it does in the illustration below. In this example we've used the book "Predictions for 2008." As you can see the title appears where the arrow is pointing. You would click on the title, and the book will download.
After the book downloads to your computer as a PDF file, you can open it in Adobe Reader, or PDF viewer of choice. Don't have Adobe Reader? Download that for free here.
Didn't download your book right after purchasing? That's OK. Follow these steps do download your ebook for up to one week after purchase.
Step 1. Log into your account on Hogueprophecy.com here

The Store opens in a new browser window, keeping this one intact so you can switch back and forth between this tutorial and your actual account online. See the graphic below for how to do LOGIN. Find the "My Account" Link, shown below, and click on it. That takes you to the login page. Now see Step 2.
Step 2. On the next page you will login into your account. Forgot your password? Look on the graphic below to where the arrow is pointing. Just below that is a link "Password forgotten?" If you click on that, your password will be sent to you at the email you registered with.

After logging in, you will see a page that says "My Account Information." See the graphic below. Near the top of the page, under the heading "Overview" you will see the section "Previous Orders." In that section will be listed your previous orders, each with a "View" button (follow the red/yellow arrow in the graphic). Click on the "View" button of the ebook you wish you download. Now go to Step 4.

The next page has a heading that says "Order Information." See the graphic below. Follow the red/yellow arrow to near the bottom of the page and you will see the heading: "Download Links ." There won't be an arrow on YOUR computer screen, this is just to show you where to look. Under the heading there will be a list of the titles of the digital products you have purchased. The titles are LINKED to the downloads you need. In this example we've used the book "Predictions for 2008."
Click on the title of the ebook to start your PDF ebook download. After download is complete, view it in Adobe Reader, or PDF viewer of choice. Don't have Adobe Reader? Download that for free here. Forgot your password? Check here.
