The Ukrainian Missile Crisis
Has Begun!

We have here a karmic echo to the Cuban Missile Crisis, when on Day 6 of the crisis of those 13 days in October 1962—days that are burned in my memory for my life’s course was changed by them, in what would be the last 13 days of my being six years old turning seven on 29 October 1962. President Kennedy on day six of the crisis, Monday 22 October 1962, revealed to the world that the Cuban Missile Crisis was on with Soviets having secretly placed nuclear-tipped regional ballistic missiles on Cuba. My mother, father and older brother, watched our black and white television with the overly bright and dark shaded image of President Kennedy inside it, saying, “It shall be the policy of this nation to regard any nuclear missile launched from Cuba against any nation in the Western Hemisphere as an attack, by the Soviet Union upon the United States.”

It was 62 years later, on 21 November 2024, five days into a new missile crisis, that another president had made an address to his people and the entire world, just as chilling, just as clear and dreadfully significant, as Kennedy’s demeanor and words had been.

I launch three emergency articles with Russian President Vladimir Putin’s important speech both to the Russian nation and to friends of Russia all across the world. The speech was brief, very informative of what is REALLY happening and not the Western mainstream media’s pablum and vacuous hyperbole to keep us stupid.

Putin made it clear in the opening of this speech that he is speaking to all of you as well as the Russian people and it is time to listen. Time to reflect upon it, so that there’s still time to stop this terrible thing of potential Armageddon that the Deep State, and the Globalists has set in motion, unelected by you, unwilling to heed a large majority of the American people having spoken with their cast electoral and popular vote landslide back on 5 November 2024 to change.

They wanted Trump as their next president. One of the main reasons being that he had promised to bring a rapid close to NATO’s proxy war through Ukraine against the Russian Federation that the outgoing President Joe Biden escalated—no doubt being an empty-headed tool of the unelected career government bureaucrats euphemistically called the “Inter-Agency” to get America and its people so deep and close to the edge of nuclear war, conveniently, blindly believing the Russians are all bluff. So they keep pushing the Russians thus keeping them and all the rest of us tiptoeing on the razor’s edge of doomsday so that the military industrial complex and the war business will stay open and Trump will be so tied up in what Biden has escalated that Trump must therefore wage “their war” rather than wage peace starting on 20 January 2025 when he officially becomes President of the United States, once again.

This is the Deep State shoring up the dementia-riddled shell of a man, the “lame-duck” (and brained) President Biden, far off in Brazil, not in the Oval Office, who after he had ordered a press conference at the G20, on 17 November, the first day of the Ukrainian Missile Crisis, he waved bye-bye, and wandered off into the Brazilian jungle requiring his aides later to fetch him out of the bushes while the press disbanded completely unaware that before the news conference, he had just given Ukraine the green light to fire the remaining US 50 MGM-140 Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS) deep inside the undisputed Russian heartland, potentially the most escalatory move yet in the Ukrainian conflict so far. The decision was a 180-turn against what he had said back in September, as I predicted he would eventually do.

This was my prediction set down for the record on 21 September 2024:

Biden may have AT LAST listened to his sane military, top brass Pentagon advisors and stepped the world back from Armageddon happening on 14 September, but this temptation to go all the way to doomsday will be coming up again, and again, and AGAIN, perhaps even before the US Elections. Doomsday Saturday on September 14th won’t be the first or last time that we come to the edge of this abyss and then our leaders have a change of mind and try with wide eyes shut, willfully unaware and uninformed of the consequences, send humanity to its utter destruction through a quick escalation of Russian conventional long range missiles followed in minutes by NATO counter fire that sees both sides soon switch to nuclear tipped salvoes, and there it is…humanity stepping into it with eyes wide blind to the dangers of a Ukrainian Missile Crisis in October, or November, or December and so on, pick your month well into next year.

Don’t be fooled by the US press, when they finally found out, then picked up the old cliché, “Biden gave the Ukrainians the green light to use these missiles, or the green light later coming from Prime Minister Kear Starmer of Britain, immediately jumping on the opportunity to follow that up by firing his Storm Shadow cruise missiles inside of Mother Russian territories.

All the Ukrainians rocket crew teams do is enter the coordinates given to them by their US handlers in bunkers inside Ukraine, as well as stationed in Germany, Britain, etc. communicating from afar. The Ukrainians muscle into the firing system one ATACMS on each M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) ready for launch. They then enter the US radioed-in coordinates. They then push the button to launch. Before and after that moment, all the rest of work is done by US officers and specialists. They choose the targets. They mathematically plot the shot for the Ukrainians who then fire the ATACMS. Once aloft Americans will guide it through US satellite telemetry to the Russian targets that THEY choose. The whole affair is indeed an American attack deep inside of Russia!

That is an act of war!

The British two days after Biden gave the green light, let fly their dwindling British pool of 100 Storm Shadow cruise missiles remaining with the Ukrainians, but neither the post-imperial British or the post-Napoleonic French with their similarly US/UK built Scalp cruise missiles if the latter decided to use them, are also unable to fire them without US approval or the control of the US telemetry and satellite guidance that targets them. US officers and service specialists in command bunkers inside Ukraine or in NATO bases do all the targeting and guiding of the Storm Shadows and the Scalps—again, another act of war through its vassals against Russia. There has even been a flood of American contractors now pouring into Ukrainian country like never before standing with the Ukrainian missile battery crews, now bringing also forward their repair teams out of distant shops in Poland up close to the Ukrainian fronts. They set up maintenance crews for the US F-16 fighter-bombers on Ukrainian airfields too. They die now much closer and more frequently from Russian FAB glide bombs and Iskander and Kinzhal missiles.

You can only get news like this about who is really firing on the Russians in news sources like the HogueProphecy Report and the sources that I share and encourage you to examine within it. I am, and they are, members of the Free Media, the Alternative Media that perhaps in another year will be the new mainstream media. On 21 November, the news has come in that Comcast, owner of NBC will DROP MSNBC from funding, from paying its woke-mongering stars their millions to be on cable news networks.

Bye, bye, Rachel Maddow the “Russia! Russia! Russia Gate! Mad Cow” and all the other anchors of hate mongering, all masters and mistresses of misinformation they accuse the real media is peddling. At present, MSNBC will now be owned by a new company of little funds ironically called Spin Media. I think that is an appropriate name for what MSNBC, cut down to MS, the (Multiple Sclerosis) of the news, is.

Maybe not for long as a part of “Spin,” though. Elon Musk is interested in buying MSNBC and converting it into a Free Speech “X” Cable Network.

Back to the karmic echo of Kennedy in his Cuban Missile Crisis speech echoed by Vladimir Putin in this current Ukrainian Missile Crisis speech.

Here then are the words of the Russian President, that are CORRECTLY translated from the source, from Kremlin.ru, un-adulterated by the Western media’s badly trained and biased translators. Please read (and later listen to below) a most concise and clear explanation of the official Russian view of what had happened in the first six days of this Ukrainian Missile Crisis, that is as intelligent and eloquent as was President Kennedy’s speech to the US and the world that also was six days into the 13 days of the Cuban Missile Crisis.

President of Russia Vladimir Putin: I would like to inform the military personnel of the Russian Federation Armed Forces, citizens of our country, our friends across the globe, and those who persist in the illusion that a strategic defeat can be inflicted upon Russia, about the events taking place today in the zone of the special military operation, specifically following the attacks by Western long-range weapons against our territory.

The escalation of the conflict in Ukraine, instigated by the West, continues with the United States and its NATO allies previously announcing that they authorize the use of their long-range high-precision weapons for strikes inside the Russian Federation. Experts are well aware, and the Russian side has repeatedly highlighted it, that the use of such weapons is not possible without the direct involvement of military experts from the manufacturing nations.

On November 19, six ATACMS tactical ballistic missiles produced by the United States, and on November 21, during a combined missile assault involving British Storm Shadow systems and HIMARS systems produced by the US, attacked military facilities inside the Russian Federation in the Bryansk and Kursk regions. From that point onward, as we have repeatedly emphasized in prior communications, the regional conflict in Ukraine provoked by the West has assumed elements of a global nature. Our air defense systems successfully counteracted these incursions, preventing the enemy from achieving their apparent objectives.

The fire at the ammunition depot in the Bryansk Region, caused by the debris of ATACMS missiles, was extinguished without casualties or significant damage. In the Kursk Region, the attack targeted one of the command posts of our Group North. Regrettably, the attack and the subsequent air defense battle resulted in casualties, both fatalities and injuries, among the perimeter security units and servicing staff. However, the command and operational staff of the control center suffered no casualties and continues to manage effectively the operations of our forces to eliminate and push enemy units out of the Kursk Region.

I wish to underscore once again that the use by the enemy of such weapons cannot affect the course of combat operations in the special military operation zone. Our forces are making successful advances along the entire line of contact, and all objectives we have set will be accomplished.

In response to the deployment of American and British long-range weapons, on November 21, the Russian Armed Forces delivered a combined strike on a facility within Ukraine’s defense industrial complex. In field conditions, we also carried out tests of one of Russia’s latest medium-range missile systems – in this case, carrying a non-nuclear hypersonic ballistic missile that our engineers named Oreshnik. The tests were successful, achieving the intended objective of the launch. In the city of Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine, one of the largest and most famous industrial complexes from the Soviet Union era, which continues to produce missiles and other armaments, was hit.

We are developing intermediate-range and shorter-range missiles in response to US plans to produce and deploy intermediate-range and shorter-range missiles in Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. We believe that the United States made a mistake by unilaterally destroying the INF Treaty in 2019 under far-fetched pretext. Today, the United States is not only producing such equipment, but, as we can see, it has worked out ways to deploy its advanced missile systems to different regions of the world, including Europe, during training exercises for its troops. Moreover, in the course of these exercises, they are conducting training for using them.

As a reminder, Russia has voluntarily and unilaterally committed not to deploy intermediate-range and shorter-range missiles until US weapons of this kind appear in any region of the world.

To reiterate, we are conducting combat tests of the Oreshnik missile system in response to NATO’s aggressive actions against Russia. Our decision on further deployment of intermediate-range and shorter-range missiles will depend on the actions of the United States and its satellites.

We will determine the targets during further tests of our advanced missile systems based on the threats to the security of the Russian Federation. We consider ourselves entitled to use our weapons against military facilities of those countries that allow to use their weapons against our facilities, and in case of an escalation of aggressive actions, we will respond decisively and in mirror-like manner. I recommend that the ruling elites of the countries that are hatching plans to use their military contingents against Russia seriously consider this.

It goes without saying that when choosing, if necessary and as a retaliatory measure, targets to be hit by systems such as Oreshnik on Ukrainian territory, we will in advance suggest that civilians and citizens of friendly countries residing in those areas leave danger zones. We will do so for humanitarian reasons, openly and publicly, without fear of counter-moves coming from the enemy, who will also be receiving this information.

Why without fear? Because there are no means of countering such weapons today. Missiles attack targets at a speed of Mach 10, which is 2.5 to 3 kilometers per second. Air defense systems currently available in the world and missile defense systems being created by the Americans in Europe cannot intercept such missiles. It is impossible.

I would like to emphasize once again that it was not Russia, but the United States that destroyed the international security system and, by continuing to fight, cling to its hegemony, they are pushing the whole world into a global conflict.

We have always preferred and are ready now to resolve all disputes by peaceful means. But we are also ready for any turn of events.

If anyone still doubts this, make no mistake: there will always be a response.

President John F. Kennedy’s Cuban Missile Crisis Speech

HOGUE’S ASSESSMENT:
Russian forces are indeed advancing all up and down the entire Eastern Ukrainian Line of Contact as Putin stated and as I predicted in my September into October HogueProphecy Report that it would accelerate by November into December 2024, plus I foresaw what Biden would do about it:

Now we enter the most dangerous phase of this NATO war against Russia, using Ukraine as the meat grinder that is merely grinding Ukraine down and not weakening Russia or threatening the Putin Presidency collapsing. The Ukrainian fronts are buckling. The losses they are incurring are catastrophic. As predicted, October and November will see a rapid change of fortunes and because of this, as predicted, the US and British will allow very stupid, useless and dangerous things to happen, like possibly returning to a discussion about using long range missiles when the Ukrainian regime and its military start unraveling.

Putin in his speech is correct to blame US leadership for unilaterally dismantling nearly all the armament treaties starting with President Bush getting rid of the ABM (Antiballistic Missile) Treaty in 2002 and President Trump in his first term channeling dreadful advice from cabinet war hawks to tear up the INF (Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces) Treaty in 2018. All that was left was NEW START (New Strategic Arms Limitation Treaty).

Now it is also gone.

NKH reported that on “21 February 2023, during the Presidential Address to the Federal Assembly, Vladimir Putin announced the suspension of Russia’s participation in the New START treaty, saying that Russia would not allow the US and NATO to inspect its nuclear facilities. He claimed the United States was continuing to develop new nuclear weapons, and warned that any nuclear weapons tests conducted by the Americans would be countered by Russia developing and testing its own.” (“Putin defends Ukraine invasion, warns West in address.” NHK World. “Retrieved 21 February 2023.)

The arms race has resumed in a new Cold War since 2014, that ended in early 2022 with the Ukrainian US/NATO Proxy war with Russia, going global since 17 November 2024. Even the mainstream media is now calling this a Third World War. I, however, qualify that World War III has been in its “conventional phase” since February 2022 and only now does it potentially run the danger of escalating into a direct nuclear exchange.

The initial ATACMS launches into Russia propter on 19 November did no damage to their targets except parts falling from them making fires that the Russians put out, but this is no longer a “Proxy” conflict. We are directly at war with Russia. Britain’s bellicose Prime Minister Kiers Stamer couldn’t wait a moment to get US permission and guiding US Satellite telemetry to let slip his Storm Shadow cruise missiles possibly fired from the air by the US F-16s along with any of a handful of Ukrainian jets still existing, with the US aiming them at a forward Russian Battalion Headquarters in the Kursk region. Given that the estimated number of Storm Shadows left could be as low as 50, at least 12 or even more were expended upon that single forward Russian HQ.

One wonders why?

Alexander Mercouris reading some theories of Simplicius the Thinker speculates that it could have been more than an interesting coincidence that the Storm Shadows were targeting a forward HQ at the same time the Russian Minister of Defense was touring the Kursk sector. Did Ukrainian intelligence believe, and did the US handlers approve of, a decapitation attempt on the Russian Minister of Defense Belousov and Russian Group North Commander, General Lapin along with his staff?

Mercouris admits that without any evidence he can only merely wonder if US intelligence had become aware of the Belousov trip to inspect the Kursk theater. He pointed out, and I concur, that Belousov frequently tours the battlefront HQs. Perhaps the Ukrainians had a tip. Why else expend over one tenth your last stash of Storm Shadows pummeling a Russian Battalion HQ, also with one ATACMS from a US HIMARS platform chasing after them. Perhaps they attacked the HQ after the VIPs had departed. There is no sign that Belousov and the commander of North Group, General Lapin, have been injured or killed. There is footage of both being alive and well since then.

The next day, Russia launched its retaliation for the opening ATACMS and Storm Shadow attacks. It was, as Putin admitted in his speech (above) a battlefield testing of the Oreshnik (Hazel in Russian). The name could stand for a Russian Medieval clubbing weapon made out of the hardwood of Hazel to beat down enemies.

The reason there’s no huge explosions when it made contact with its target, the vast Yuzhmash Ukrainian military industrial factory complex that makes missiles in the center of in Dnipropetrovsk (just Dnipro in Ukrainian), stems from this new weapon having released at post booster stage with a conventional set of six multiple independently targetable reentry vehicles (MIRVs). These then, reaching terminal hypersonic velocity at MACH 10, each further opened and released a further six densely metallic, possibly special alloyed, kinetic, warheads.

There are no high explosives in these. They fall like Hazel flowers of spring that dangle in a line, set afire by the friction they cause at such extreme hypersonic speeds burning earth’s atmosphere around them in a bright eye-blinding sheath of 4,000 degrees Celsius!

RT on “X” asked “how hot is that?”

The Answer: “Steel melts at 1,500 ^oC, aluminum at 600 ^oC—both would completely vaporize at 4,000 ^oC. Concrete doesn’t stand a chance—it turns to lava and breaks down at around 1,600 ^oC. That’s hot enough to vaporize concrete, destroying even the most hardened military hardware, and even melt steel beams. [Moreover] 4,000^oC is over twice as hot as a jet engine and almost as hot as the surface of the Sun (5,500^oC)!”

The streak of them falling in six echeloned lines of blinding light drilled that factory 36 times, across a square mile of sprawling factory buildings with 36 holes through its roofs to dig deep below the factory floor, but so far, we have no evidence of what damage the Oreshnik did. We can only speculate that if special Hexol alloys had been used that it could have penetrated through four basement floors or more, turning to dust large sections of an underground Ukrainian missile factory complex in 36 massive craters hidden by the roofs.

The Russians tell us that they have many other new and advanced weapons that the Western militaries and governments aren’t aware of like the Oreshnik, of which they already have a large stockpile, so said President Putin in his speech.

Now then NATO, if you keep launching your missiles in a direct confrontation with Russia, deep inside its pre-2014 territories, as they say, “F” around and find out what happens next to you.

Hear the Explosions!

The next move is in the American, the British and the French court.

Leaders in NATO and the media in the UK, US and especially Poland, press harder for further escalation. Only Prime Ministers Victor Orban and Robert Fico of Hungary and Slovakia respectively are stressing what is the reality that Putin and the Russians aren’t bluffing! If NATO escalates the Russians will escalate.

Now the French might step in with perhaps hundreds of Scalp Cruise Missiles. RT Reports:

French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot has said that Ukraine may use French missiles to attack targets in internationally-recognized Russian territory, without confirming whether such strikes have already taken place.

In an interview due to be broadcast by British state broadcaster the BBC on Sunday, Barrot said that Paris does “not set and express red lines” on its support for Kiev, and that long-range strikes on Russian soil may be carried out by Ukraine “in the logics of self-defense.”

France has provided Ukraine with an unknown number of SCALP-EG cruise missiles, which Kiev has already been using to attack targets in Crimea and the four former Ukrainian regions that joined the Russian Federation in 2022. The SCALP-EG, known as the Storm Shadow in the UK, is an air-launched British-French cruise missile with a maximum range of 550km (390 miles).

On 26 November, NATO had an important meeting in Montreal, Canada, to talk about the Oreshnik missile and their next move on Russia. They will escalate, but as Alastair Crooke pointed out to Judge Napolitano, Putin managed to checkmate NATO by not having to escalate to nuclear weapons but remain with the Oreshnik and other “conventional” and kinetic hypersonic choices. That then would mean NATO would be put at the disadvantage of going tactical nuclear first, which they would not want to do. So now they’re stuck with their little pinprick ATACMS, Storm Shadows, and Scalps. But with that said, NATO’s Parliamentary Assembly did advise to continue with discussions on how to send Tomahawk cruise missiles to Ukraine which would have a 1,000-to-5,000-kilometer range deep inside Russia.

Tomahawks are nuclear capable! How would the Russians know if they were only conventionally armed? One thing is certain, tomahawks are slow and potentially easy targets for superior Russian anti-missile S-400 and S-500 systems.

Putin in his speech intimated that if they do not stop firing missiles into Russia, his next move will be to target the countries responsible for guiding them into attacks on Russia. These Russian hypersonic missiles cannot be shot down by anything slower than them. Expect further use of the Oreshnik on military targets in Britain near London hitting the targets 20 minutes later, as it hits bases near Paris in 19 minutes from Central Russia. You’d want to hit installations nearby the capitals where all the press would be reporting and filming the terror growing under cries of sirens 15 minutes near Berlin 12 minutes aiming after NATO installations near Warsaw.

Will the Russians drop a conventional demonstration?

Will they drop a tactical nuke?

Be afraid. Very afraid. This fear is healthy.

Back in the early stages of the First Cold War, it is possible that the European civilians and their civilian leaders, having endured massive air raids over London during the London Blitz, or the firestorms of Hamburg and Dresden, and the 1,000 bomber raids on Berlin, still had those memories fresh in their minds when making decisions. So when nuclear bombs appeared that could multiply that nightmarish memory 100 times more dreadful, the leaders and led in the post-World War II era for generations did not lose their fear of what kinds of mega-firestorms might incinerate whole countries, might overtake Europe in a sea of fire followed by Nuclear Winter’s lingering darkness under radioactive ice.

Both sides of the First Cold War had those World War II memories still lingering into the late 1980s when the nuclear arms race was going so out of control that it started an international and popular mass movement of millions demonstrating to start nuclear disarmament that led to forging a string of arms control treaties, like the INF Treaty, that between 1988 and 1990, completely dismantled thousands of intermediate range, nuclear tipped US Pershing and SS20 Soviet missiles crowding NATO and Warsaw Pact countries. Their dismantlement ended the danger of any accident or training launch of one of these missiles from either side that would have been responded to hitting thousands of European targets in five minutes, too short a time to figure out if a missile was fired by accident. Without the INF, World War III would have happened by 1990, most likely from a mistake. The INF played a major part in ending Cold War One at the close of the 1980s. Trump rashly withdrew the US from it in 2018, and THAT is why we have such intermediate range, nuclear capable missiles returning the danger of the 1980s to Europe in the mid-2020s!

The Russians haven’t forgotten to fear thermonuclear war, but starting in 1990 to the present day, we in the West have lulled ourselves into believing in such fantasies like winning a nuclear war. Even American Generals and even US Admirals, like Vice Adm. Thomas R. “TR” Buchanan, from US Strategic Command are glibly open to waging nuclear exchanges with the Russians.

Buchanan seemed excited about the prospect winning a nuclear war through a US a nuclear preemptive strike, declaring, “The United States is ready to fight a nuclear engagement with Russia and to win and to emerge victorious sufficiently to be able to fight any other adversaries in a nuclear exchange after winning it!”

I grew up with a healthy fear of The Bomb. And people like me in 1962, before most of you were born. As I said earlier, I was ending my sixth year of life during the Cuban Missile Crisis. I’m now passing through my second month into my seventieth year. Even the children of the “duck and cover” era, like myself, are in their seventies now. You will have a missile crisis in your minds and terrified hearts now, not in Cuba but this Ukrainian Missile Crisis! And I hope the next few weeks terrify you in a good way that fear can do. WAKE UP! Rise up and renew the anti-nuclear protests.

Russia is going to apply a powerful psychological weapon called “Fear” to help you along. The whole world could be watching Ramstein base or a British or French set of bases clearing out their people after the warning to evacuate from Putin in Russia. We might see the personnel of NATO bases running for their lives, live on X and other media outlets. Then the air raid sirens start screaming out of 600 million phones! Whole countries with just one base targeted would be on pins and needles and then, THERE IT COMES! Just ten or twenty minutes out of central Russia. The world watches the Russian Oreshnik kinetic, hypersonic weapons hit their targets live at MACH 10.

If you think the world changed since the hammer-fall of the Russian Oreshnik intermediate ballistic missile in Ukraine was shock and awe, imagine the collective terror that such missiles launched on UK and French military industrial centers or military bases, including US bases, in Europe, will do. It would be like a dress rehearsal for Nuclear Armageddon, but it is only a “rehearsal” with very destructive but no-radioactive conventional warheads. And the civilians would have fled the area and not be killed or injured as Putin stated in his speech, giving everyone, including the soldiers, time to get away from the stated target.

What would you all do if after such a demonstration your EU leaders, your American and your NATO leaders clamored for more escalations?

Here is what I think you will do in the coming days, weeks or months of this crisis. With just one Russian demonstration, in reply to more US, British and French missiles fired into Russia. I have a vision of all the people of Europe having waited and then watching live the demonstration Russian counterstrike. They will be overcome with the terror of anticipation up to the strike. Afterward their fear would turn into a mass wave of anger. A great tsunami of anger, not at the Russians, but at those leaders in Brussels at NATO and at the EU capital buildings also in Brussels, both sharing the same cafeteria for Christ’s sake. The people of Europe would crowd the streets in their millions. They would surround their parliaments and presidential palaces. They would storm in upon their leaders with a hurricane of protesting, telling their leaders to BACK OFF from Russia! BACK OUT of Ukraine!

BACK OFF! FROM GLOBAL NUCLEAR SUICIDE you stupid politicians.

European politicians would fear the threat of no confidence votes coming to them because the people of Europe are threatening to overturn many governments in snap elections.

And what about you Americans?

What about you, Trump?!

Biden’s handlers are trying to destroy your presidency before you can take it up!

You MAGA folk, you MAHA folk. One of the ways Russia can be as Edgar Cayce foresaw it in 1944, “the Hope of the World,” is by showing restraint and measured escalations, only replying to provocations by Western powers up to that point where they have to demonstrate, to give the Western world full witness to, what their weapons can do conventionally, so that people of the West watching that live can start thinking, start confronting the unthinkable coming next beyond conventional demonstrations if they don’t sit on their politicians that dare keep going up the escalatory ladder with the Russians.

I said in my August-September HP-Report, we aren’t afraid enough! We need to be scared, REALLY SCARED, STAIGHT and then we the people have to scare straight our leaders by rising up in our massed hundreds of millions protesting their crazy actions so that they fear us 100 times more than they fear the Russians and hence stop this madness. This is not the first-time for my subscribers who have been reading me for years have heard me coin the phrase “Ukrainian Missile Crisis.” Or declare: “NEWS FLASH!” Joe Biden has dementia! Don’t put him in office!

They remember that I started talking about Biden’s brain problems in 2018. I was talking about Ukraine as the next locale for one of two Cuban Missile Crises potentials as far back as 2021 before there was a US/NATO weaponizing Ukrainian War as proxy versus Russia. MATTHEWS: But I want to ask you about something you’ve been involved with. You said, you said that if the President of the United States had launched an attack on Iran without congressional approval, that would have been an impeachable offense. You want to review that comment that you made…?

SENATOR BIDEN: Absolutely!

MATTHEWS: How do you stand about that now? It seems this…

SENATOR BIDEN: (interrupting) Yes, I do! I want to stand by that comment I made. The reason I made the comment was as a warning. The reason I made, (pausing) I don’t say those things lightly, Chris. You’ve known me for a long time. I was Chairman of the Judiciary Committee for 17 years as its ranking member. I teach separation of powers of constitutional law. This is something I know.

So I got together and brought a group of constitutional scholars to write a piece that I’m going to deliver to the whole United States Senate pointing out that President [GW Bush] HAS NO Constitutional authority to take this nation to war against a country of 70 million people, unless we’re attacked or unless there is proof that we are about to be attacked.

And if he does! If he does! I would move to IMPEACH him! The House obviously has to do that, but I would LEAD an effort to impeach him.

The reasons for my doing that—I don’t say it lightly, I don’t say it lightly—I say it because they should understand, that what they were THREATENING. What they were SAYING. What was ADDING up to be, what LOOKED LIKE to the world what we were about to do, would be the most DISASTROUS thing that can be done in this moment of our history that I can think of.

In that statement, back in 2007, a much younger and cognitively stable Senator Joe Biden inadvertently condemned his future, cognitively-collapsing self in 2024! He declared back then aiming his invective impeachment threat at G.W. Bush, what his future self, as President Joe Biden, would commit, an impeachable offense, by authorizing US supplied and targeted missiles to attack a sovereign country starting a direct war without seeking US House of Representatives approval to go to war, with a peer nuclear power no less, the Russian Federation…!

Now we come to it. We will experience 300-years’ worth of history inside three months! Great changes! An end of one American epoch with a new epoch made uncertain through the US election. There will be a collapse of the Ukrainian front, tempting US and NATO losing their proxy façade to hide behind, directly fighting with the Russian Federation. This “conventional” phase of the Third World War will enter not one, but two potentially nuclear, Cuban Missile Crises ironically happening once again in the month of October, like in 1962. I call them the Ukrainian and the Iranian Missile Crises. One side will consist of rational leaders in the East who have tried very hard to negotiate a peaceful solution, but the other side, the Western leaders, have forgotten M.A.D. (Mutually Assured Destruction). They will again be openly talking themselves into thinking they can win a nuclear war.

And yet, peace could come from unexpected sources depending on which way the US Election goes in November. The Biden administration tried to sustain, but will fail to prevent, the Ukrainian military disaster from happening before the election. This war is now lost, and a slow-motion collapse of Ukraine politically and militarily will have a direct impact on the Democrats retaining the presidency…

Donald J. Trump will win the electoral college in 2024 and “may” even win the popular vote “if he is allowed to.” I say this caveat because the Democratic Party leadership will attempt once again to achieve a “Demographic” Party solution using illegal alien voters.

Now a word about the Iranian Missile Crisis. I’m writing this quarterly prophecy on 1 October, less than a full day into this human reckoning that will be the final Fourth Quarter of 2024…!

WHERE IS TRUMP?! WHY HAS HE GONE SILENT?!

At the time of this writing (26 November 2024) President-Elect Trump has not made one of his formal addresses from Mar-a-Lago. Just before this Ukrainian Missile Crisis began on 17 November, when Biden was purported to have privately given the green light for US, UK and later French missiles to be fired by the Ukrainians and guided by the Americans deep into Russian territory, Trump a day before that had given a speech on his peace plans to end the Ukrainian Conflict. Not long after, on 17 November, Biden Administration’s escalatory move was announced. The day after, Trump answered that with a short and powerfully condemnatory reaction of alarm, warning that it would cause World War III and could kill us all!

Since then, not a publicly broadcast word from the President-Elect. Not a word about the Oreshnik Russian countermeasure that shocked the world. Not a word yet about the West’s response to escalate further that Macgregor cited above in detail.

What has happened to the President-Elect…?

There was another discussion Judge Andrew Napolitano had with Jeffrey Sachs. In this case Wikipedia accurately introduces him as “an American economist and public policy analyst who is a professor at Columbia University, where he was former director of The Earth Institute. He worked on the topics of sustainable development and economic development.”

ANDREW NAPOLITANO: I wonder if this is really a wakeup call Professor Sachs. Admiral Rob Bauer…

JEFFREY SACHS: Yes? (remembering a bad experience)

ANDREW NAPOLITANO: …Who’s the chair of the, you probably know him…

JEFFREY SACHS: I do!

ANDREW NAPOLITANO: …the chair of NATO military committee said today, “NATO is discussing preemptive [nuclear!] precision strikes within Russia.” How can they make a statement like that in light of what this missile that can’t be shot down can do?

JEFFREY SACHS (sighing): Because there are always reckless people in the military, who have been trained to shoot, who lack any responsibility for, and knowledge of, diplomacy, and it’s why we don’t put people like this in policy positions. It’s why we believe in civilian control of the military. Generals, or people like this person who is known for his utterly intemperate and inappropriate statements, are a danger to humanity unless they are strictly supervised.

Right now we do not have strict supervision. We don’t even know who is making decisions in the United States and so this is really part of the alarm. A person like this should not be speaking, period. But least of all about policy. He is a military official. He should not be setting policies that can put us on the path to nuclear war. It’s disgusting! If we had a normal president who was in charge, in command, I think this would not happen. This is completely out-of-line, statements like this…

THE UKRAINIAN MISSILE CRISIS

(17 November – 25 November 2024)

Has it Already Ended in Eight Days?

Around ten days ago the US ATACMS and British Storm Shadow Missiles ceased firing into undisputed Russian territory. I noted earlier in the “Emergency” HogueProphecy Reports a two-day period where the Russians successfully discovered and wiped out eight HIMARS launchers that could each fire one ATACMS at a time, killing their crews, which mostly may have consisted of CIA operators alongside US contractors with some Ukrainians. Since that event, at the time of this writing, there has been no US or UK missile escalations.

Just to review the Crisis timeline, on 17 November, Biden and his team gave the OK to use ATACMs on targets inside the undisputed borders of Russia, guided by US personnel, to launch on their targets by eight forward HIMARS batteries “in the Kursk theater” of the conflict only.

Instead, six ATACMS were fired on neighboring Briansk Russian Oblast (province) sometime on 19 November. Five were shot down by S-400 and S-500 Russian missile batteries, with the sixth ATACMS broken up in flight by the anti-missile guns of a Russian Pantsir battery. The falling remnants of the missile did “not” merely start just a vegetation fire as I wrote earlier, but perhaps caused some light damage to the arsenal site being targeted for the Ukrainians’ sake that the US had chosen to attack.

On 20 November at least 12 or more UK guided Storm Shadow cruise missiles and one ATACMS did fire into Kursk trying to destroy a forward Russian Battalion HQ that “may” have been visited by the Russian Minister of Defense Belousov, and Russian Group North Commander General Lapin, touring the Kursk sector. Apparently, they were not there during the strike that failed to take out the HQ but did see some of its security teams killed and wounded.

In retaliation to this, later on 21 November, President Putin gave the order to have fired one Oreshnik medium range hypersonic missile from a missile testing base near Astrakhan. Once launched from near Astrakhan, it took merely six minutes to fly the 500 miles to hit the Ukrainian Yuzhmash missile factory in the center of Dnepropetrovsk.

After the strike President Putin addressed the nation and introduced the world at large to the new “Oreshnik” (Hazel) intermediate missile system, that has the power to use kinetic energy warheads, which give Russia the destructive power of nuclear weapons without radioactive fallout.

The revelation shocked the world…

THE NEW SYRIAN CRISIS
—Part One—

A Sudden and Swift Invasion of Syria on 27 November
By a US, Israeli & Turkish Backed Reincarnation
Of a One-Time al-Qaeda Entity

From the Defunct Islamic State

At this early stage it appears that after a decade of civil warfare in Syria, then frozen since 2019 without a victor but instead a grueling aftermath of five year’s length that left Syria remaining in ruins, without the means to recover, and its President Bashir al-Assad making the mistake of retiring his most seasoned and experienced officer corps and generals with untried replacements, who Assad thought would be more loyal, but were prone to corruption. Over five years, his once vaunted veteran Syrian Arab Army has been replaced by a poorly trained and led shadow of itself. Assad’s government over five years had descended into dissolute corruption as well that Assad was unable to untangle, hard as he tried.

Then on the eventful 27 November, Biden’s attempt to screw Trump coming into office with a Ukrainian Missile Crisis had ended with a phone call by the commander of Russian Armed Forces General Gerasimov to US Head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Brown. Yet the day closed with Biden finding a new way to stick it to Trump on another front of World War III.

On 27 November, Jihadist forces bursting out of Idlib, armed to the teeth with US equipment, tanks, artillery and technicals (trucks mounted with rocket-launchers, recoilless rifles and machine guns, or just packed full with heavily armed Jihadist warriors), appeared to have quickly overcome units of the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) guarding Aleppo, Syria’s largest city, almost without a shot being fired.

Did the SAA run away? Were they ordered by their generals to abandon Aleppo, the heroic city that for years of hard fighting during the Syrian Civil War never was taken either by al-Nusra militias (al-Qaeda) or the black clad, black flag waving warriors of the Islamic State Califate.

This time around Aleppo fell in less than two days!

The amassed divisions of 15 to 25,000 jihadists in a blitzkrieg out of Idlib Province consisted of shock troops of an al-Qaeda new incarnation called Hayyat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS), commanded by Abu Mohammad al-Julani, followed up by units of the Free Syrian Army (FSA). But it wasn’t all clear careening deep into Aleppo. Out of the air came missiles shot by the Russian Airforce based in the Syrian Christian/Alawite held Western Mediterranean Coastal regions of Alavistan and Tartus. In the first night in Aleppo I saw footage on X of hundreds of jihadists corpses scattered all over the road with their columns of tanks, personnel carriers and technicals set ablaze from the Russian aerial pounding. At least a thousand of them were struck down dead from the skies as they crowded tightly together down Aleppo’s boulevards with no SAA soldier to take a pot shot at.

The SAA made a successful “advance to the rear,” all the way to lines, so we were told on the northern approaches of Hama, the next city on the long road south to Damascus the capital. They’d certainly stop them there!

But they didn’t…

It sounds to me like the pro-Assad forces are “circling the wagons” as it were to make a last stand in the capital. All of Assad’s forces have abandoned the Euphrates River, heading West across Syria to gather with the others in Damascus; however, the US base in al-Tanf permitted their vassals remnants from ISIS the Islamic State, to block the road halfway to the Syrian capital at the vicinity of Palmira…

Back to Dima [of Military Summary Channel] with a further and unique “prophetic” angle:

DIMA: Now when talking about Syria when talking about 2024, first thing that is coming to my mind is the Prophet, the prophecy that was made by Baba Vanga (1911-1996), [the blind Bulgarian prophet]. First, an overview of what is currently happening by Afshin Ratansi, host of Going Underground, reporting from the U.A.E. See his full statement at that link. Here is his overview. Mine follows afterwards:

Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad has been deposed in a sudden, shocking turn of events. It seems that a deal was done, and al-Qaeda-linked groups have seized the capital Damascus. Sources close to Assad tell me that he and his retinue are safe and are out of the country.

The US and Israel have finally won the dirty war against Syria, decimated for years with punishing sanctions, an illegal US occupation that stole Syria’s oil resulting in chronic fuel shortages, and over a decade of arms and funding going to ISIS, Al Qaeda, and their offshoots.

HTS leader Abu Mohammad al-Julani, the de facto leader of Syria, has been rebranded from a fanatical extremist to a diversity-loving ‘moderate jihadist’ in Western media. He was given the ultimate softball interview by CNN, in which he pledged to guarantee the rights of Syria’s minorities, after his troops perpetrated atrocity after atrocity against Syria’s minorities for over a decade.

Biden’s National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan famously said “Al Qaeda is on our side in Syria,” now its boss controls Damascus. The State Department still has a performative $10 million bounty on Julani’s head, though it’s clear to everyone now that he is Washington’s and Israel’s man in Damascus.

NATO countries have learned nothing from the decades of blowback terrorism that has come from disastrous regime change wars and arming fanatical extremist groups in the region. Now with a fragile coalition led by Hayyat Tahrir Al-Sham controlling Damascus, arguably it’s only a matter of time before another episode of horrific blowback.

Well, we don’t have to wait for Baba Vanga’s purported prophecy to be fulfilled down days or weeks or months. It happened overnight. This year of 2024, this Year of Reckoning with lightning speed has evaporated the House al-Assad and his Ba’athist (the Secularist Arab Renaissance) Party. They had ruled Syria since 1970, first under Hafez al-Assad up to 2000, and up to yesterday, his son Bashar al-Assad—little over a half-a-century rule, GONE…!

My Brief, Prophetic Musings

As some of you might imagine, when something big and suddenly history-changing event happens, I’m not just writing about it. That, indeed, is the last step in the process of forecasting a new trend. I spend many more hours watching my different sources, my windows to the world at large, play out and discuss, debate and then set forth their views about where this all is going. It’s like the world is speaking to me, telling me its response/reaction to what happened to Syria, and how it might affect the region, affect Russia, Iran, Israel, the Eastern Mediterranean, the BRICS evolution—so many things are impacted. So many opinions offered when the World is telling me so many stories.

In a strange way, my “way” of reading the world is a mystery to me. It has an innocence embraced by an “IN”-nocent meditative witnessing. I don’t do this. I don’t do anything. My work is to be a deep absorber of the outer world’s input, that I then do absolutely nothing to push around or forge into something.

Over the many decades this effortless witnessing has observed the options possible to trend from the world’s triumphs and tragedies at present—many presents, down over a half-century of allowing availability to this “Mystery” of witnessing the world. The first thing that arises on its own accord, that requires only my attention, and nothing of my will, suddenly… instantly… what the many voices and many sources tell, what the many hours of witnessing the images and film and videos of events from many angles reveal, the Oracular Mystery, effortlessly turns on its lights to this trend, but not “that” trend, as potentially having a future, and so on.

I did not plan to write this article. My work is to be the door, the mailman, not the mail’s source.

I Feel that Humanity
Is Drawing away from the Abyss

We’ve endured nearly four years of this demented Biden Administrative nightmare. When it started, I began to feel the gathering darkness of a potential end of humanity coming through Biden and NATO leaders embarked on a blind-eyes-opened march into nuclear Armageddon. As 2024, the Year of Reckoning as I call it, came into its final quarter, starting 1 October, a megadeath of humanity was coming close, very CLOSE. But now it is subsiding, and it is retreating back a few steps away from the Abyss since the US Presidential Election on 5 November.

Following the election, even as Trump’s cabinet picks were announced and I had to wrestle with the future potential of a mix of genius and neo-con lunatics chosen, with the latter group completely lost in their own fantasy worldview of Russia, take Gorka as a common example, full of ignorance and arrogance about what even the Russians want, or think. Still! Yes, still. I sensed the danger of nuclear war diminishing.

Whereas this year began with me seeing that deep Godzillian darkness in the depths of the psychic ocean of the super-unconscious of collective humanity begin to loom into instinctive reptilian reaction, then bursting forth to the surface of waking reality from 17 November to 26 November, 13 days ago, I felt the darkness retreat in a significant way not felt before. And this is despite the great unknowns that 20 January’s shift of power to Trump will entertain, or the aftermath of the Syrian implosion might do to make the Middle East even more unstable and prone to widening war…
